ADULT EDUCATION PROGRAM

ANC Adult Education Logo

Arkansas Northeastern College's Adult Education program aims to empower learners by providing instruction in basic skills, preparing them for the State of Arkansas's official GED test for high school equivalency certification. GED instruction is available across various locations in Mississippi and Greene counties. The Adult Education Centers at the college are dedicated to enhancing adult learners' basic literacy skills, enabling them to achieve personal goals and contribute as more productive members of society. The program focuses on assisting adults in becoming literate, acquiring employment-related knowledge and skills, achieving self-sufficiency, and completing secondary school education. Additionally, Adult Education offers classes on job search techniques and English as a second language to further support students' diverse needs.
