The Certificate of Proficiency is awarded upon successful completion of the Nursing Assistant curriculum which includes a Medical Terminology course. Arkansas Northeastern College Nursing Assistant program is committed to providing students the opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully pass the certification exam offered through the Office of Long Term Care to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). ANC's Nursing Assistant program is approved by the Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services Division of Medical Services Office of Long Term Care. Nursing Assistant courses are offered at the ANC Main Campus.
