Scholarships

Guidelines for Fine Arts Scholarships

1. The student must enroll in at least 6 hours of credit.

2. The student must maintain a 2.5 GPA and maintain regular attendance in classes.

3. Recipients must participate in Fine Arts courses with the course prefix of MU, TH, or AR.

4. The majority of the waivers will be awarded to students with in-county status.

5. Students who are eligible for other financial aid, including PELL grant, ANC scholarships, and other sources of financial aid will be considered for a scholarship of tuition and fees for Fine Arts courses only.

6. Full-time scholarships will only be considered for those students with no other source of financial assistance and will be for the amount of in-county tuition.

7. The waivers will be offered on a semester basis and will be reviewed at the end of each semester according to the above criteria.

8. In order to be eligible for renewal, the student must maintain satisfactory academic progress for financial aid recipients as stipulated in the ANC catalog.

Auditions
